We are seeking an Secret Cleared IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. While this role will operate 100% remotely after training, you must be 100% onsite for the training period (up to two months) in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with customers
- Trained to resolve issues for clients via phone or escalate to Tier 2
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance - candidates without a clearance will not be considered
- Any previous experience or interest in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
