JOB DESCRIPTION
An Arizona School District is looking for a High School Mathematics Teacher to join their school. This individual must be fluent in American Sign Language and have completed coursework specific to sensory impairments.
Your classroom will have 8 students who will need you to provide quality instructions, prepare daily lesson plans, and evaluate their skills to determine the best program for learning.
You will write and implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and need to know the principles and practices of administration and management.
You will need to communicate effectively with students, staff, and the public. You will instruct students to retain information and complete student evaluations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- College / University Degree in Education with coursework specific to sensory impairments
- Must be Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
- State of Arizona Teaching Certificate
- Must be skilled in planning and organization, behavior management, program development, and student evaluation

Salary : $42,545 - $105,000 / year
