JOB DESCRIPTION
A major sportswear and footwear brand in Beaverton is looking for an Human Resources Direct Advisor (Call Center Rep) to join their team. This person is joining a growing HR team that supports internal employees through email, chat, and phone. They are looking for a candidate with strong communication with experience fielding a high volume of calls, emails, chats on a daily basis. This person will be onsite in Beaverton, OR Mon-Thurs, and remote on Fridays!
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-At least one year of experience handling high volume of calls in call center environment
-1 year of customer service or human resources experience
-Great communication, highly organized, detail orientated
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience with human resources (benefits, compliance, employee support, legal)
-Experience with SAP or Workday -Bilingual
