Position: Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager 3
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (higher range would warrant higher level of education / certifications)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Reports To: HR Director
Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (remote Fridays after first couple of months)
Role Overview:
The HRBP provides dedicated support and develops close working relationships with assigned client areas working collaboratively with department managers, staff, and senior leadership of the client. This position will be the first point of contact for client groups on all HR related matters (e.g., policies, processes, employee relations, performance management, new hire orientation, onboarding, employee engagement activities, training and development, and recruiting). The position will ensure effective delivery of HR core processes and compliance with relevant institutional guidelines, policies, practices, and employment laws. The HRBP may receive and investigate complaints related to performance and/or workplace behavior.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
