Position: DOT HR Compliance Manager

Location: 3 Days on Site, 2 Days Remote (Tempe, AZ)

Pay Rate: $38-$45 Hourly Based On Experience

6 Month Contract to Hire

Looking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!!

Must Haves:

• HR Compliance experience (previous experience adjudicating Background Checks)
• 3 years of DOT Compliance experience
• Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations
• Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)
• Very familiar with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT requirements
• Strong Reporting skills and strong Data Analytic experience - MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
• Any previous experience with company that has a fleet of drivers

Plusses:

• Experience using Beacon for Driver/DOT qualification files)
• Experience using Sterling for Background Checks

Day to Day:

• Helping with DOT Compliance Program for a large Shipping & Logistics company
• Helping the team to ensure Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations are being followed
• Relationship Management
• Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)
• Assisting with Random screenings
• Adjudicating background checks
• Reporting on data daily
