Home Service Heroes is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems in the Tampa, FL area. This technician position typically works Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. We pay our HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technicians a top production-based pay of $80,000 to $110,000 in the first year . Our technicians also enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN / HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 3 years of residential air conditioning service AND sales experience
• EPA certified
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Having your NATE certification is preferred but not required.
