This position will be traveling on cruises 30-50% of the time!
Must Haves:
- Proficient with MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Reporting (crystal preferred)
- Active Passport
- Supporting maintenance issues (looking at RFID's)
- Experience working across guest services/maintenance and engineering teams to support technical documentation as 3rd Level Production Support
- Experience creating functional and technical Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
Plusses:
2 year’s experience working with Oracle Hospitality Cruise software (formerly Fidelio)
Day- to – Day:
A client of Insight Global is a leading provider of travel leisure offering individuals unforgettable vacations is in need of an IT Shipboard Analyst to join their existing team. Within this role the ideal candidate will perform various functions inclusive of business analyst, and quality assurance within the project team. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of a product back log of defects and enhancements
- Digesting requirements & user stories
- Estimation of incoming technology requests and cost/benefit analysis
- Context Definition and Solution Sketching
- Maintaining a relationship and driving a schedule with product vendors
- Execution and evolution of the product road map
- Building test cases to evaluate nonfunctional requirements
- Ensures there is accurate and current documentation of all existing and new products
- 3rd Level Production Support
