Insight Global is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to join a financial services organization in Boston, MA. This organization provides wholesale funding for housing and community finance for partnering financial institutions across New England. The IT Internal Audit Manager will assist in the development and execution of the organization’s IT internal audit plan. This position requires the manager to have both technical expertise and a solid audit foundation. Responsibilities of this position will include, assisting in the annual risk assessment and corresponding planning process, supervising the pre- and post-implementation project audits, completing SOX Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) testing and cycle audits, and serving as the point of contact for co-sourcing arrangements. In addition to these responsibilities, the IT Internal Audit Manager must have prior people management experience as this role will manage the performance and development of one senior level auditor.

This is a full-time position that is hybrid, in the office 2 days a week, in Boston, MA.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of experience in an IT audit or technology role within a highly regulated environment
• Experience managing direct reports and have excellent audit leadership skills
• Strong experience in project implementation or pre-implementation audit reviews
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT frameworks (COBIT, COSO, NIST-800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and platforms (Linux, Windows, Oracle, and SQL Server)
• Ability to use risk-based audit approach for management processes, as well as analyze technology infrastructure, operations processes, and internal controls

Compensation

$120,000 to $164,000 per year annual salary.
