Responsibilities:
Therefore, in collaboration with SAS project managers, the primary purpose of HIEA project managers is to participate in the project management lifecycle as follows to help ensure projects move forward within the schedule, budget, scope, and resources allocated:
Schedule and facilitate the review and approval of the following project artifacts provided by SAS:
Track the timely delivery of the above artifacts against contractual requirements.
Track the timely response or updates to project artifacts when additional refinement is required.
As needed, collaborate with SAS project managers to define high-level project tracking and status reporting dashboards or reports.
Participate in SAS project and operational meetings and:
As needed, schedule, lead, facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively with SAS, HIEA, J2, and external stakeholders.
As needed, provide collaborative support for standard operating procedures (SOPs) including documentation, diagrams, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Utilize project and task management applications such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Planner, and Asana.
Work closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand the broader context of projects and their intended impact in meeting program goals.
Maintain an awareness and understanding of the agency's strategic business vision, mission, objectives, priorities, relevant legislation, governance, and funding sources & deadlines.
