Duration: 6 month contract to hire (conversion based on performance)

Location: 15213 Pittsburgh, PA - 5x/week onsite

Pay Range: $22-27/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Level 2 Requirements:

• Associates Degree and Minimum 2 years IT Support experience OR
• Bachelors Degree and minimum 1 year professional IT Support Experience
• Phone support experience – high call volume
• Experience remoting into devices to fix issues
• Previous IT Support experience MUST INCLUDE both HARDWARE and SOFTWARE support

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking 4 IT Support Analysts to sit onsite for a local higher education client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.

• Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for Customers
