Insight Global is Hiring an IT Support Near San Francisco, CA
Insight Global is looking for a Tier II Support employee to join an IoT company based in San Francisco. This person will be responsible for remote Tier II support for internal employees all around the world. You will be supporting ticketing requests for internal employees only. You will be remote support for anyone who needs help as soon as possible. We are looking for an individual with high energy and an interest in growing their career with a great company, someone with high attention to detail, strong fundamentals of IT, and a candidate who can join the team in a long-term setting.
Must Haves:
- A college degree in a technical program (Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field).
- 3-6 years’ experience within technical support
- Experience with enterprise SaaS (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, SimpleMDM, Okta, etc)
- Knowledge of Apple products, Androids, and Windows PCs (Macbooks, iphones, android, Windows OS, etc)
- Software re-imaging of laptops
