POSITION: Java Software Engineers - AI/ML (Mid & Sr Level Openings)

LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona 85054 (Hybrid: 3-Days Onsite)

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Direct-Hire/Permanent

SALARY RANGE: $125k - $165k (Mid-Sr. Level Range)

SUMMARY:

A large Financial/FinTech enterprise in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring both Mid-Level & Senior-Level Data Software Engineers, focused on Java, APIs, and AI/ML to join their team in Phoenix on a Full-Time/Permanent basis! This team focuses on developing and enhancing customer portal applications and works heavily with chat data from customer platforms. This team is moving heavily into the Generative AI space, working with ChatGPT for response detection and using AI models and algorithms to develop better practices.

Responsibilities Include:

• Heavy Java development and API integrations.
• The role breakdown: 33% Java OOP, 33% API Integrations, 33% AI/ML Enhancements.
• Analyzing and interpreting data, automating and managing the AI infrastructure.
• Testing and deploying AI models and systems.
• Using prompt engineering practices to describe tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of Java programming experience (Mid-Sr. Level).
• 2-5 years of API development & integration experience (Mid-Sr. Level).
• At least 1-2 years of AI/ML experience, with fundamental Generative AI skills.

PLUSSES:

• Python OOP.
• Real-Time Machine Learning Applications.
• ChatGPT experience.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $160,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
