Pay: $60-65k
Interview Process: 1 virtual with a case study, 1 in person final

MUST HAVES:
- Extensive family law experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Proficient in Google Drive for calendaring
- Billing experience
- Good communication/ personality- can work under pressure
- State filing
- DocuSign
Plusses:
- Paralegal Certificate
- SAGE for billing matters
Day to day:
Our client is looking for a family law legal assistant to join their team onsite in Southfield, MI. This person would be responsible for assisting in all aspects of family law matters, including, but not limited to: legal writing (retainer agreements, summons and complaints, praecipes, correspondence, service arrangements, etc), efiling, billing, calendaring the filed, and assisting where the needs arise. This person needs to be extremely detailed oriented, fast, and have good communication to talk to courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
