Salary: $150-$175k with bonus (dependent on experience)

- 3-5 years of experience working in business litigation
- BA Degree
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Passed the California Bar Exam on the first try.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Strong writing experience (writing sample is needed to be considered for this position)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and the court.

As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing strategic representation to businesses and individuals in Southern California.
