• Competent in the implementation of Predictive/Maintenance

Job Description:

• Leads a team of stakeholders (what stakeholders are they leading?) in the acquisition and modification of assets to enable the customer to achieve the defined business objectives in accordance with company and accounting policies
• Develops and updates design standards and site-specific operating procedures in order to establish common practices, participates in technical committees Assist in development, implementation, and sustainment of the Boeing Reliability Program. Partner with external suppliers in development of joint program based on shared best practices.
• Leads the business decision making process by providing input to strategic, short-term, and long-term infrastructure planning; completes studies; analyzes current conditions and future requirements; recommends capital improvements; gathers and analyzes data; and works with both internal and external customers in order to identify and assess alternatives and impacts
• Ability to effectively communicate with site teams (All levels) on Reliability Program development, implementation status, upcoming actions/events, and help needed. Ability to communicate the higher-level strategy as well as the tactical execution
