Required Skills and Experience *

* Minimal two years hands on experience in a related field or equivalent trade school education

* Intermediate knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance in a commercial environment (Chillers, HVAC related systems, motors, volt meters)

* Physical able to walk and perform physically demanding work at a 4 million square foot plant

* Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Job Description *

My client is looking for multiple maintenance technicians to come and join a growing team and a growing opportunity at what is set to be one of the largest battery manufacturing plants in the world. These individuals should expect to be on their feet walking and performing physical duties their entire shift. From the time they walk in to then time they leave they will work off an iPad to view and push work orders through to then go and complete the work order as a team. A lot of the low voltage work to be performed will be 85% preventative maintenance and 15% reactive maintenance as this is a brand-new plant with brand new equipment. They could expect a lot of their time to be spent changing filters throughout the facility, preventative maintenance task, thorough analysis of pieces of equipment, boiling, greasing, inspections, reading blueprints, and investigate equipment failures. Keep in mind, since we are open to a broad range of skilled individuals, they must present problem solving abilities, willingness to learn, able to work in a team environment, and critical thinking skills while maintaining a safe environment.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
