Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Associate to join their dynamic Marketing team. This individual will serve as the liaison between the agency team and internal stakeholders.

• Technical Platform Management : Utilize SAP, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software to streamline marketing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Workload Prioritization : Prioritize and manage the daily workload for the agency partner, ensuring that tasks are allocated effectively, and deadlines are met.
• Liaison Duties : Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the agency partner, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee agency partner team to create new source codes in SAP and apply approved testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing deliverables.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze operational data to generate insights and reports that inform decision-making unlock efficiency opportunities.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
• Project Management : Work closely with the Marketing Project Management team to institute efficiencies and ensure that operational tasks are well-supported by the PM organization.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met. Discuss customer contracts with the pricing team. Ensure legal has reviewed contracts.
• Budget Oversight : Process invoices from print vendors and agency partners. Track down missing invoices and work with finance on corrections. Spot check budget documents to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Previous experience in leading testing or Quality Assurance teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

Compensation:

$28.50/hr to $38.50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
