**Side Loader Material Handler - 1st and 2nd Shift**

**Tasks**

HOERBIGER Corporation of America, INC. (HCA) is seeking a **Side Loader Material Handler** who is a career-minded individual looking for long-term growth and potential for our growing team. Based in Pompano Beach, FL HOERBIGER Corporation Of America, INC. is an industry leader in manufacturing for the oil and gas industry.

The Side Loader Material Handler (Bar Storage) is working in the saw room and responsible to support the offloading of material from steel trucks, loading material on to storage racks, staging material to be cut by the saws, and maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP.

**Requirements**

**Duties and responsibilities**

* Supports unloading bars from truck, using a side loader and crane

* Loads and organizes bar storage chassis to ensure proper inventory management

* Uses SAP Warehouse Management to receive material and manage inventory levels

* Stages bars for each saw to ensure production is not halted

* Safely maneuvers bars and storage cassettes through narrow aisles

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Experience in the manufacturing industry related to steel bar storage is desired

* Must have side loader experience, experience with forklift is a plus

* One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience operating an Overhead Gantry Crane a plus

* Experience in SAP is a plus

* Experience with measuring equipment, such as tape measure and calipers, is a plus
