Position: Medical Assistant

Duration: Permanent

Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite M-F 8 AM - 5 PM)

Start: ASAP

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related role
• Experience working with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• Experience with phone and email support, calendar management, and scheduling
• Experience processing insurance verification, payments, and healthcare documentation
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Microsoft Office Suite

Plusses:

• Certified Medical Assistant
