• Commercial title and survey experience, specifically American Land Title Association, ALTA/NSPS
• Demonstrate good teamwork skills within and among practice groups, offices and firm to facilitate efficient delivery of legal services.
• Ability to manage a large workload in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:

The Multifamily Housing Finance Group represents lenders active in the multifamily housing industry with a focus on closing loans secured by multifamily projects and delivering those loans to secondary market investors. The Multifamily Paralegal will work with the Multifamily Housing Finance group and will be responsible for the review and analysis of title and survey on multifamily housing properties demonstrating a thorough knowledge of title and survey.

Compensation:

$70,000-$90,000 with flexibility for the right candidate

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
