Job Title: NICE Consultant

• 4 years working with NICE as a product, NOT only from an implementation perspective
• Experience working with features, chat support, messages, etc.
• 2 years working with IVR
• 1 year working with chatbots and integrations (preferably with NICE)

Job Description

This position will be focusing on member logins and virtual/chatbot support. Our client is integrating NICE chatbots into their environment. This is NOT the implementation team, so for this role they need an expert on the NICE product. We are looking for a skillset that can help with guidance around NICE products to support chat, Facebook messages, integrations, etc. . The ideal candidate will be a SME in NICE who can propose good standards of NICE integrations, and act as a liaison between the NICE product team and our client.

Compensation:

$70 to 80/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
