Position type: Fulltime/Contract

Location: Pittsburg, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid -3 days onsite 2 days remote in a week

As an IT Product Manager, you will:

Must have skills

• AV (Audio visual background)
• Need more of project management/Project manager
• Strong excel and PowerPoint exp. is required
• Jira and Agile experiences must have
• Reporting exp. is must
• PPM or PMP any one is certification is preferred but not required
• Real estate exp. is preferred but no required

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be working on Real estate project
• Project manager/Product manager who can changed in renovation in real estate
• work with real estate project manager and technical partner and network engineers and third parties who they have outsourced and internal procurement
• Someone what kind of project he has managed in past AV type (Audio Visual) is a big plus
• And can handle whole responsibility of technology services group
• somebody who can help us intake new request and tracking in house systems called TXE inhouse software
• use to track intake these items
• They also would smaller project and worked on reporting and project management related Leads product management intake and reporting processes for the Workplace Transformation/ Real Estate Book of work.
• Liaises with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of the TSG Workplace Product, that addresses colleague, business partner and other internal client needs.
• Compiles data and status from sessions on design and implementation phases of the workplace product including adoption and delivery strategies.
• Liaises with cross-functional teams on workplace product topics and deliverables that are then communicated to more senior team members for interpretation, risk identification and ultimate decision-making.
• Analyzes reports from corporate systems and business partners to pull out data, and dependencies pertinent to our product delivery process.
• Supports analyses and compilation of information (such as financial reporting, deal analysis templates) required by business partners to determine a strategy business case, feasibility, funding and execution timelines.
• Assists in documenting project scope, status, and meeting notes.
• Gathers and addresses action items, decisions, scope changes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $ 50 - $52.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
