Title: Project Coordinator/Operations Analyst
Location: Austin, TX or Denver, CO or Houston, TX (hybrid, 2x a week onsite) 50% domestic travel
12 month contract to perm/direct hire
2 Round Interview Process
Pay Rate: 40-50/hr, conversion 80-105k (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education)

Qualifications:
- Experience with operations process improvement
- IT project coordination and follow up/driving tasks forward experience
- Tracking and documentation experience
- Experience interfacing with business stakeholders
- Comfortable booking travel, calendar management, sitting in meetings taking notes
- Excel
- Must be comfortable with traveling 50% of the time and being hybrid when you're not
The ideal candidate has strong experience driving projects, a natural ability to improve operational processes, strong documentation/tracking skills, and is comfortable wearing multiple hates (interfacing with stakeholders independently, booking executives travel, calendar management, etc).
Insight Global is hiring for a fire & safety company that is merger and acquisitions based. The recently stood up a Workday team within their IT organization. They're looking to bring someone in that will keep projects and tasks moving along. This individual needs to be a doer, be a high-level thinker, and likes to bring ideas and speak up.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
