Insight Global is looking for a full time Project Engineer with experience or interest in water/wastewater engineering in Tampa, FL.

This person will be responsible for providing engineering support on a wide variety of federal, state, and municipal projects involving water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and storm water projects. Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to help plan and design water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection, distribution, conveyance, pumping, and storage facilities projects. Support the planning and design of site improvement projects, including grading, drainage, roads underground utilities and other site features.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work HYBRID remote/in-office in Tampa, FL and/or in the field/client sites if needed in the Tampa area 2-3 days per week
• Completed Bachelors Degree from an ABET accredited Engineering program (Civil, Environmental , etc preferred)
• Hold a PE (can be considered for higher level role), an EI/EIT Certification , or working towards obtaining and towards testing for the NCEES Exam: FE (Fundamentals of Engineering)
• Any experience in water/wastewater/stormwater/irrigation engineering preferred, or interest in working within this field from engineering perspective - will be trained
• Desire to become a PE overtime, if not already holding it
