Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $30-38/hour (contract to hire or extensions)
Job Description
The Project Management Specialist will provide administrative and facilitation support for business process mapping, project/portfolio support, oversee administrative tasks related to purchase order generation, develop business solutions in Smartsheet and Power BI, and support continuous improvement projects. This individual will work collaboratively across functions including Quality, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Expertise in Smartsheet will be instrumental in performing day-to-day activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and facilitation support for Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain process mapping initiative
- Oversee administrative tasks related to purchase order generation
- Develop business solutions for various stakeholders within Smartsheet and Power BI
- Assist where necessary in various continuous improvement projects
- Assist in onboarding of new hires
- Under direction of supervisor, participates in limited areas of projects and/or timelines, which vary in function and in scope
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Smartsheet Core Product and/or Smartsheet Project Management Certification
- Experience with Power BI and BusinessOptix (preferred)
- Experience with facilitation of process mapping workshops
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree
- Typically requires 1 year of work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Smartsheet Core Product Certification (preferred)
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
