Location: Richmond, VA- must work 5 days onsite per week!

Full-Time Salary: 75K base uncapped commission

Training: 6 week training program and 3 weeks to ramp up before starting this role.

Must Haves

• Bachelors degree from an accredited, in-person, not-for-profit college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role (B2B experience preferred but open to B2C)

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner. Through engaging virtual sales presentations, you will advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that will enable customers to achieve customer marketing goals. In this role, relationship management is a key aspect of the job. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to drive revenue through a subscription model. New business development which involves cold calling, and creative ways of outreach are crucial for the position as well. You will be responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying and developing marketing solutions that fit their needs. All new sales associates receive extensive classroom training, ensuring they are equipped with the product and industry knowledge they need to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand, and achieve career success. You will become an expert in digital marketing solutions and develop a deep understanding of the industry.
