Compensation:

Base salary: 75,000 per year uncapped commission

-average first year in sales: 129,000

-highest first year earners are projected to make 200-250k

-highest earner at the company earns a 1M cash bonus

Hours:

8:30am - 5:30pm - onsite 5 days a week in Richmond, VA

6- week training program and 3 weeks to ramp up before starting the role

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, and in-person, not-for-profit college or university
• Minimum of two years in a sales role
• Job Tenure/lack of job-hoppiness- maximum of 3 jobs in 5 years or maximum of 2 jobs in 3 years.

• Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs
• Experience managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle, including contact and pipeline management

Through engaging virtual sales presentations, you will advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that will enable customers to achieve their residential real estate marketing goals. In this role, relationship management is a key aspect of the job. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to drive revenue through a subscription model. New business development which involves cold calling, and creative ways of outreach are crucial for the position as well. You will be responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying and developing marketing solutions that fit their needs. All new sales associates receive extensive classroom training, ensuring they are equipped with the product and industry knowledge they need to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand, and achieve career success. You will become an expert in digital marketing solutions and develop a deep understanding of the residential real estate industry.
