Title: Siemens Service Specialist

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Salary: $130K

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience programming Siemens systems (including start up and troubleshooting)
• 5 years of experience with database management
• High level experience PPCL programming (basic central plants as a minimum)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic circuitry (including reading and interpreting diagrams)
• Ability to take projects from start to finish (taking control drawings, building databases, downloading controllers, creating graphics, and commissioning the system)
• HS Diploma

Job Description

A company headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA is looking for a Siemens Technician to service their clients in the LA, OC, and Inland Empire area. This person will be responsible for:

• Providing controls of systems from start up to commissioning stages (Siemens)
• Debugging installation issues during both the static and dynamic start up and commissioning of building controls
• Providing controls database, graphics, and programming for sequences
• Assist in estimation, design, installation, start up, commissioning, and training for building systems.
• Providing documentation for all projects
• Servicing existing installations to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and meet building occupancy codes,
• Preparing as-built drawings
• Supporting installation personnel on project sites
