Senior Financial Analyst
- Provide financial analysis and support to various business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, and engineering.
- Prepare management reports, highlighting key financial performance indicators, trends, and risks.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with functional leaders.
- Analyze cash flow for potential capital investments and M&A opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, presenting financial results and recommendations.
- Assess risks and support risk-mitigation strategies.
- Track and analyze external agent fees.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
