* Masters degree in chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or physics
* 5 years of experience in areas of process engineering with deposition reactors such as thermal ALD, plasma-enhanced ALD/CVD, epitaxy, or LPCVD/vertical furnace
* Ability to interact with group leaders or area managers on-client-site, well-versed in de-escalation techniques
* Ability to travel, between OR/AZ frequently for first few months
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
* Ph.D. in chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or physics
* Experience with LAM/AMAT tools
* Epitaxy experience
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team in Hillsboro, OR. As a Field Process Engineer you will be designing, implementing and optimizing chemical processes in semiconductor capital equipment. The day to day may include the following:
* Working with the field teams to support and troubleshoot issues on new products.
* Developing proposals for equipment and process design improvements, and conducting experiments.
* Working closely with the customer to design and conduct experiments to meet the customer's needs.
*NPI, onsite process development and HVM process transfer
