About the Role:

Title: Sr Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Must Haves:

• 10 years mechanical design experience with a full lifecycle mechanical engineering: background in designing, integration, and testing
• Design experience with CREO, CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or relative tool
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM
• DOD or Aerospace experience

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking highly motivated Senior Mechanical Design Engineers to join one of our large customers in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating mechanical designs using CREO or CAD programs. You will be leading and assisting with the development and testing prototypes of mechanical systems. Other responsibilities include ensuring that all mechanical designs meet standards and regulations. We are looking for candidates who have great communication with other engineers and designers to ensure that all mechanical systems are integrated and functioning properly.

Compensation :

$55hr to $80hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
