Title: Support Services Representative

Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire

Location: Onsite @ Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH

Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM- 3:30 or 7:30-3:30 PM

Required Skills and Experience

• Highschool or Equivalent
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Must have demonstrated an ability to learn within a short period of time
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Healthcare terminology
• Customer Service skills & Data Entry
• Ability to research and work independently

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Coding Knowledge (CPT)
• 2 years of previous Healthcare background (Medical coding, MA, LVN, etc.)
• Experience with EMR Systems like OnBase, Epic

Job Description

• Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution
• Processes requests for medical records, Explanation of Benefits, claim forms and itemized statements to designated business unit contact, usually an insurance carrier. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
