Insight Global is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our client’s accounting department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and training entry-level to mid-level team members surrounding the tax return process, document preparation, complex accounting, and tax laws. The successful individual will have a successful history in the tax industry and will be able to lead and impact a team of individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Providing management, training, and leadership to team members regarding tax preparation and execution.
• Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the specified timeframe.
• Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
• Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
