Insight Global is Hiring a Technical Sourcer Near Seattle, WA
Position: Technical Sourcer
Location: On-site 5 days/week in Seattle for the first 2 months, then hybrid 3 days
Duration: 111-month contract, with potential to extend/convert depending on hiring needs
Pay Rate: 30-32/hr
Must-Haves:
- 1 years of recruiting experience
- 1 years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Ability to craft a basic boolean search
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
Plusses:
- Fluent in another language (i.e., Spanish, French, Portuguese)
- Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources
