Description:

The position will have 2 primary functions:

1. Handle ALL of the local IT needs:
   1. Build/Maintain Microsoft based laptops/desktops
   2. Create/Modify accounts and permissions in AD and several 3rd party applications
   3. Troubleshoot user issues with Windows and other applications
   4. Order, configure, and maintain company cell phones
   5. Maintain printers including print server, toner replacement, and connection issues
   6. Manage warehouse equipment including ruggedized PCs, Thermal Transfer printers, and wireless bar code guns
   7. Light on-call possible for user issues/tier 1 after initial training period
2. Manage systems that support the entire company:
   1. Microsoft Office 365 Administration including Onedrive, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and Teams
   2. Meraki Switch/AP configuration and troubleshooting
   3. Windows Server Administration
   4. VXRail/VMWare server support
   5. Symantec Endpoint Protection client/server administration
   6. Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration
   7. Ringcentral IP Phone administration
   8. 3rd party application/server administration

The qualified individual will handle ALL of the local IT needs but this will only be a portion of the their duties. Since that workload currently does not encompass a full weeks work, the rest of their time will be used for corporate wide support for systems that relate to the entire company. The individual will be a part of the IT Team and report to the IT Director, but will follow all local policies for the site related to conduct and behavior. The local GM and Sales Manager will work directly with the individual for coordination of projects, timelines and priorities, but all corporate IT Policies and Procedures will still need to be followed.

Requirements:

*Associate's degree in technical related field or 2 years in a similar position

* Experience troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and administrating Microsoft workstations connected to a domain.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner

*Minimal supervision

* Reliable transportation
