Flexible Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000

Flexible Hybrid Schedule: 1 day onsite a week and remote the rest

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a claims manager to join our Workers Compensation company based out of Chicago, IL. The claims manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan offices. The Claims Manager helps develop long-range goals and objectives, analyzing costs, activities and operations, supporting the goals of claims department. There is 20% travel involved to client and managing sites. Expectations is to be in office 1x a week. Team will be managing 6 Supervisors, about 50 people.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 Years experience developing people in the claims realm
• Proficient skills with public presentations, resolving issues, and meeting with clients
• Proficient performance management
• Experience and licenses in minimum 2 of the 4 states listed Workers Compensation (Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and/or Michigan)
