Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join the Individual Retirement Solutions team in New York. This team is responsible for building the next stage of Insight Investment's business, bringing our expertise in outcome-oriented investing to individual retirees. The team works directly with the CEO of Insight Investment on this high-priority strategic initiative.

This is a dedicated Quantitative Analyst/Developer role to support existing quant efforts and create new quant IP for Insight’s Retirement Pathway, client presentations, and internal R&D.

Role Responsibilities

• Build production-quality optimizations and algorithms to support the launch of the first component of the Retirement Pathway, the Personal Bond SMA product, an innovative retirement income solution for US retirees
• Work closely with the team’s existing quants and developers
• Develop future enhancements to the Pathway, including tax optimization strategies, novel asset allocation algorithms, and inflation-protection strategies
• Create analyses for presentations to prospective and existing clients (and take ownership of automating those for future scale)
• Lead and participate in R&D for future product launches and enhancements
• Participate and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for this new business line

Experience Required

• Startup mentality
• Hands-on experience as a quant or data scientist
• Expertise in Python
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• C# / C a plus, not required
• Experience in wealth/investment/asset management (bonds, equities, derivatives, etc.)
