NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Prior experience in Pest Control and sales experience is a plus but not required. We will provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel in your position. The company administers our Training Program. If you’ve got a strong work ethic and have excellent customer service skills, we will ensure you’re provided with every resource necessary to succeed.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:This position is focused on providing a quality experience to our customers through excellent customer service and a quality application of products designed to control and eliminate pest problems in our customers’ homes. Providing peace of mind and improved safety and protection is one of the most rewarding parts of this job. Our goal is to protect home, health and the environment.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is expected to ensure the quality of all customer relations in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner. This commitment is to guarantee continuous improvement of services from us, to facilitate this endeavor.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING:All candidates must either have an existing license/certification or acquire one with company training assistance.

- Regular Interaction with Customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service.
- Be able to work outdoors for most of the day.
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Be able to apply liquid treatments to the soil.
- Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devices for services performed.
- Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards.
- Basic mathematical skills
- A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning.
- Take and pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training
- Clean Driving Record
- Pass a Background Check
- Pass a Drug Screen
