InSight's Case Managers serve as liaison between the CMO and providers; overseeing the treatment, care and outcomes of juvenile justice services to eligible Wayne County youth committed to WC-JYS.
The Case Manager will have an understanding of and commitment to a system of care approach that supports community based, strength based treatment of enrolled youth and their families.
Bachelors Degree in the Human Service field, valid drivers license, auto registration and insurance required.
Please note, this position includes a hybrid work model of in-office, remote work and does include face to face contacts.
