You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape member engagement strategies, promote healthier behaviors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape member engagement strategies, promote healthier behaviors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Analysis: Utilize your expertise in behavioral science to analyze member behaviors, motivations, and decision-making processes that influence healthcare outcomes.
- Member Segmentation: Develop and apply segmentation strategies based on behavioral insights to tailor interventions and communication for various member groups.
- Intervention Design: Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, nudges, and programs to drive desired member behaviors and improve health outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving member engagement and care management.
- Behavioral Research: Conduct research to understand and address the unique behavioral challenges within the healthcare industry, staying current with the latest developments in behavioral science.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our tech and product teams, data analysts, and health plans to integrate behavioral science into our platform.
- Ethical Considerations: Ensure that all behavioral interventions and data practices align with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Behavioral Scientist in a healthcare or health plan setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral theories and their application in healthcare.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods.
- Experience with segmentation and personalized communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ethical and responsible approach to research and interventions.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and member experiences.
