Inspected is Hiring an Account Executive Near Plantation, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time Account Executive to join our business development team in our key markets of Florida, Georgia and Texas. As an Account Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving our sales strategies in support of our growth goals.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with our current and future clients.
  • Manage LeadGen initiatives to grow our overall book of business.
  • Oversee the negotiation, contracting and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Research new opportunities on a continuous basis to grow our sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate existing and potential leads to help move them through the sales funnel.
  • Related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience working with companies that service single trade and/or home building contractors.
  • Understanding of the Private Provider industry is helpful, but not required.
  • General understanding of permitting and construction workflow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
  • 5 years of B2B sales.
  • Proficient with technology and CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Sales experience in PropTech or Construction industry preferred.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $65k - $75k annually plus commissions.
  • Company life, health and benefits package.
  • Group medical plan after 90 days 
  • 3 weeks of annual PTO (vacation and personal days)
