  • Flexible financial options: Health savings and flexible spending accounts offered
  • Well-being and work-life balance: Paid time off, flexible schedule, and remote work choices provided

Plus, we work to maintain the best environment for our employees, where people can learn and grow with the company. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture.

What you’ll do:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and closely coordinate with the Social Media and Communications Coordinator. You will support our client’s website and email marketing efforts for events (virtual and in-person), campaigns, and education products and provide general support for the communications team. As an ideal candidate, you must be excited about executing data-driven marketing plans and comfortable jumping into new platforms like Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement, Drupal, and Google Analytics. You will manage and upkeep outgoing email and website communications calendar and fully implement marketing plans—from building webpages and microsites to event registration and email marketing campaigns.

You must be someone who will keep our client organized, on track, and grounded in all the moving parts. If you head to YouTube for a tutorial on “how to” XYZ, get satisfaction from tweaking email margins and seeing click-through rates climb and do not fear new technology, this might be the perfect job for you.

To Thrive, You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, communications, and/or event tech management.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and develop streamlined systems for process improvement
  • Experience working in digital marketing and platforms like Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement (CRM/Email Marketing), Drupal (CMS), Google Analytics, or equivalent systems
  • Proficient in HTML; Familiarity of SEO and UX design best practices; UTM link strategy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in organic food and agriculture or sustainability is required

Your responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Coordinator will include:

  • Execution of digital marketing plans—implement the set-up and sending of web and email marketing; manage copywriting, list generation, and dissemination of email marketing and advocacy campaigns; integrate content for related landing pages online.
  • Project manager of the master content calendar of outgoing communications – updating and flagging related communications needs to the entire staff, updating our websites, and keeping the communications team organized around upcoming activities.
  • Produce and maintain multimedia website content to communicate priority issues to internal and external audiences using SEO best practices.
  • Manage OTA’s event marketing strategy, including website and registration form building and email promotion to encourage registration.
  • Creates microsites for new research projects, including copy, design, and layout.
  • Manages OTA and The Organic Center digital analytics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of digital media and online activity for marketing campaigns. Produce weekly/monthly reports of website and digital communication statistics to relevant staff via communications dashboard.
  • Provide general support for the communications team – such as assisting staff with admin communications needs (such as document formatting, presentation support, web updates, tech support on webinars and virtual meetings, etc.) as needed.

Let’s cultivate a healthier world together!

Join our client and catalyze change in organic food and farming! We want to hear from you if you're ready to make a meaningful impact and lead scientific discovery in this field!
