In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the success of our client’s practice by providing exceptional support to their Advisors.

To be successful as a Trading / Financial Planning Analyst, you should have:

• Series 7
• Highly analytical with strong mathematical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years of professional experience preferred. 
• Commitment to professionalism and superb client service that meets or exceeds client expectations. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Position is on-site in our downtown Glendale office.

As a Trading/Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the team’s success by:

• Processing trades in a timely and accurate manner via Thomson & Vestmark trading platforms
• Preparing financial plans for Advisor use in client meetings 
• Gathering, reviewing, and updating client financial information in financial planning software
• Preparing reports to assist Advisors in client meetings
• Preparing portfolio allocations that reflect the client’s risk tolerance
• Preparing appropriate product deliverables and maintaining all documents by FINRA and SEC requirements. 
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects utilizing advanced Excel and Outlook skills
