  • Typical schedule for this position is 8 a.m. MT to 5 p.m. MT
HOW YOU WILL SOAR: This position is responsible for providing support for the Managing & Senior Directors, President and CFO. Duties include securing air travel, lodging, and company event plans; performing basic computer applications; inputting transactional data into the Company’s CRM; maintaining annual CLE currency and license renewals with relevant State Bar Associations and securing affiliated business licenses; maintaining files and record systems, coordinating Outlook calendars, curating expense report receipt collection and filing; and contributing in cross functional meetings.
  • Screening, referring and responding to telephone inquiries.
  • Arranging appointments, travel, and preparation for webinars and offsite presentations, conferences and other events.
  • Maintaining calendars, expense reports, and communicating upcoming travel to the Company.
  • Ensuring teams’ weekly calls, emails, tasks, follow-ups are adhered to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining files and record systems such as attorney licensures, association dues, state bar annual educational requirements, and LLC formations with the Secretary of State, etc.
  • Performing basic tasks utilizing word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Preparing routine reports and presentations.
  • Performing additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the company.
  • Participating and engaging in Company functions, training and other online and in person events.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Starting hourly compensation for this role typically ranges between $24/hr and $26/hr.
