Inspira Financial is Hiring a Remote Sr. Sales Operations Specialist (Remote)
- Typical schedule for this role is 8 a.m. CT/ET to 5 p.m. CT/ET
- Providing sales support, market analysis and prospecting assistance to sales teams and leadership
- Drive growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience
- Manages complex proposal RFP generation with appropriate areas of the organization
- Leads the appraisals/reviews and identifies missing information and compiles questions, investigates, and resolves issues
- Provides training support along with taking on special projects assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- 4-7 years of experience in handling complex administrative and technical tasks that supporting a sales team
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Strong collaboration skills
- A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) preferred
