Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION :
Non-licensedstaff member who, under the direction of a registered nurse, provides
physicalcare and emotional support to patients, while maintaining a safe, clean, and
therapeutic environment. In addition,responsible for the
clerical and communication functions as needed.
QUALIFICATION :
Education :
High School graduate or G.E.D.required. Associates or Bachelor's degree
preferred.
Experience:
1-2 yearsprevious experience in inpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
CPR (American Heart Association) required. CPI required must be obtained withinintroductory period.
