The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a per diem Communications Operator to serve as the initial contact for callers, providing information for the Inspira Organization with a high degree of customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

This role requires full-time availability for the following training schedule:

Week 1: 7am – 5:30pm

Week 2: 11:30am – 10pm

Week 3: 5:30am – 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all hospital alarms panels and contact appropriate department per policy
• Monitor all hospital codes and contact all essential code team members per code

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience working with MS Office
• 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Prior switchboard or PBX experience preferred
