We're looking for a therapist or social worker to be part of the Lake Forest team seeing 20 clients/week. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Inspire is a special place that values therapists happiness. As part of a large practice, you get a strong administrative team who takes care of pretty much everything for you. We handle all intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, credit card processing, marketing, office management, and more. All you have to do is focus on supporting your clients Some of the perks: Group & Individual Supervision, medical, dental & vision insurance, CEU stipends, beautiful offices, team outings, paid speaking opportunities, paid leadership opportunities, access to our psychiatry team for medical-related questions, flexible schedules & vacation time and free marketing.
We are looking for a candidate willing to see 20 clients/week. We'll work hard to accommodate your desired schedule, so you can enjoy your life outside the office with a great work-life balance. Once you have a full license, there is also leadership opportunities, supervision and team opportunities as well.

We Provide
At least 1 weekend shift for the first year (Friday 3-8pm, Sat/Sun 10am-1pm or 1pm-5pm)
In-Person availability Must be able to work at the office (at least 3 days week) remote options available too
Experience with counseling (life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus)
Private practice experience (a plus)
Master's or Doctorate
Required License Or CertificationMust be in-process of obtaining (or currently have an active license) one of the following: LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, MSW, LPC, MFT, PhD, PMHNP
