Organizing, Sorting, and Responding to emails

Manage all calendars

General office duties and working knowledge of computers

Good working/user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and utilize TEAMS for data collection and documentation)

Tracking and editing studio registrations

Facilitating and organizing pre and post-event documents and materials

Utilizing Word, Canva, and other sources for print materials

Place orders for low-stock office supplies

Reliable, punctual with good work ethics
