When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future-you'll create it.The Member of Technical Staff discipline is part of a technical career program designed for employees who are working on new and emerging technologies AND who have made a significant commitment to their education by earning at least a 4-year degree in specified STEM areas.Key Roles, Responsibilities, Experience:Conducts design and development work in the areas of new RAN products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, hardware/software development engineering, technical security and QA Design/Certification.Experience with RAN technologies to include 5G evolution, cloud RAN, and ORAN.Work must primarily involve new and emerging technologies and technical architectures on projects with a status between inception and implementation/software maturity.May serve as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development.Responsibilities may also include test automation development.Education Requirement:PhD in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Our Principal Member of Technical Staff earn between $180,200.00 - $270,400.00 USD Annual.
